By accessing or using MailStudio ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
MailStudio provides an online email template builder with AI-assisted generation, drag-and-drop editing, reusable components, version history and export tools. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.
Some features require a paid subscription or license. Fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until renewal.
You retain ownership of all text, images, designs and other content you create or upload. You grant MailStudio a limited license to store, process and display your content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
You may not use MailStudio to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, spam or malicious content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Services, or use them to send unsolicited bulk communications.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease; however, applicable provisions of these terms will survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MailStudio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
